Your tasks

In this role you will assist to advance our sustainability reporting aligned with the requirements of the CSRD by supporting our sustainability team in preparing our annual sustainability report by collecting, analyzing, and reporting different sustainability metrics. Your tasks include:

• Management of the sustainability reporting process, including preparation of the annual sustainability report
• Keep up-to-date with evolving sustainability reporting standards and best practices
• Respond to data queries from internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee the data collection process
• Ensure compliance with external auditing requirements
• Establish relevant metrics, support the performance monitoring and recommend adjustments as required

Your profile

• Passion for sustainability topics
• Degree in business administration, controlling/finance, law, or sustainability
• At least 3 years experience in a reporting role
• Experience and knowledge of relevant reporting standards and international frameworks such as TCFD, GRI , CSRD
• Experience in collecting, organizing and analyzing sustainability data
• Ability to develop own ideas and implement approaches alone and in a team
• Good English language skills as well as proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel
