HSSE Engineer

• Your mission at Climeworks is to implement HSSE best practices to develop safety as a value in the behavior of all Climeworkers.
• You develop, implement, and sustain critical safety policies and procedures in Climeworks’ corporate, production, and testing facilities.
• You establish a safety-first mentality in Climeworks, with safety lived as a value, not just a priority.
• You lead incident investigations and drive actions to closure.
• You support design reviews for new equipment and facilities.
• You develop safety design principles for CCs and plants.
• You support construction safety at-site for both Climeworkers and contractors.
• You establish safety best practices in chemical handling and lab.
• You deliver training to roll out new procedures and maintain existing ones.
