For our client, an international financial institute in Basel, we are currently looking for a Logistics Operations Specialist (a) to support the rollout of new IT Hardware.

The assignment is limited for 9 months to start as soon as possible. Depending on the performance and motivation, the possibility of an extension or permanent takeover is given.

Description

In this position, the responsible candidate is supporting the rollout of the new IT Hardware:

• Support warehouse logistics and hardware project tasks
• Register and onboard deliveries in the system
• Perform inventory management tasks
• Distribute IT materials internally (e.g. exchanging IT hardware in the office)
• Assist with IT hardware rollout and installation projects
• Support the logistics team with warehouse tasks

Profile

To be considered for this role you should have:

• Experience in the logistics sector (incl. warehouse and storage tasks)
• Fluency in English, basic language skills in German
• Ideally ability to use forklift
• Knowledge of MS Office / ERP systems
• Hands-on and team player mentality
