Description

• Monthly / Quarterly Reporting to HQ of the Group financial performance
• Managing the bookkeeping and consolidation of the subsidiaries
• Contact person for financial topics towards internal / external stakeholders
• Driving the budget process
• Coordinating the year end closing / contact for auditors
• (Co) leading various finance-related projects
• Sparring partner of the Group CFO
• Ongoing optimization of financial processes / various systems on Group level (Dynamics 365 / Power BI)
• Managing, motivating and guiding other team members

Profile

• Experience in accounting and controlling, preferably in an industrial sector
• Fluent in German and English (full proficiency)
• IT affinity and ability to implement and improve tools and processes
• Skilled in project management and communication
• Proficient in the use of Excel, experience with Dynamics 365 and Power BI a plus
• Driven, proactive and solution-oriented personality and working style
